Welcome to Miętusi Dwór. Please read the important rules of your stay. Compliance with the provisions below is intended to ensure your peace and safety. We wish you a pleasant holiday!
§ 1
1. The guest room is rented for guests’ use for 24 hours upon presentation of an ID card or passport.
2. The overnight stay starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day.
3. Visitors of our Guest can stay in the room from 8.00-22.00 .
4. The guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which the fee has been paid has not expired.
5. The guest should submit a request to extend the stay no later than one day before the expiry of the rental period. Provided that the room has not been rented to another guest.
ATTENTION! Interruption of the stay by the Guest is not a basis for a refund of the amount paid.
§ 2
1. Night curfew applies from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
2.The behavior of guests and their visitors should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The owner of the rooms may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule. In special cases, this may result in calling the police or other services.
3. The guest should use the room in accordance with its intended purpose, i.e. for his or her own living and recreation purposes. It is unacceptable to rent a room or rooms for the purpose of organizing events, e.g. birthdays, New Year’s Eve, etc.
§ 3
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
2. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the room is tantamount to the guest renting the room agreeing to cover the costs of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 200.
§ 4
1. Before leaving the room or going to bed, we ask guests to:
• closing the taps of the water supply system in the bathroom,
• closing the window or immobilizing it in such a way as to prevent the glass from breaking during a wind or storm,
• turning off electrical devices (lighting, TV).
2. Personal items left by the departing guest in the guest room will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated in the registration card.
3. The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of items belonging to the equipment, resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him. In the event of damage caused by guests, a fee will be charged for damaged items according to current prices
market costs plus costs related to the purchase, transport and assembly of damaged items.
4. The guest maintains cleanliness when using the kitchen.
§ 5
1..The guest receives a room key, a building card and a remote control for the entrance gate, which he should return at the end of his stay. Losing the key results in the obligation to pay for a duplicate key (PLN 50) and a new remote control (PLN 100).
2. The Host designates the parking place for the Guest’s means of transport, but is not responsible for damage caused by third parties or loss of the vehicle. Parking is free and unguarded (monitored).
3. We are not responsible for damage resulting from guests’ failure to comply with the rules contained in the regulations.
4.We provide services in accordance with our category and standard (private accommodation).
